It's like wine: you can simply taste the quality and love for creating. And that our region gives so wonderfully much, our kitchen now makes even more use of it. Our new menu already consists of 60% regional organic ingredients, our goal is a full 100%. However, we have already achieved this 100% in terms of freshness: really everything is freshly prepared. In addition, we have already managed to do without 60% plastic. That is enjoyment with a clear conscience.
By the way, the menu will change regularly. So it's especially worthwhile to take a look every now and then.
